It’s only for Banglalink 2g user ..But you can get 25-30kB/s in 2g.
If you r a banglink 3g user firstly dial *5000*7*3# dail to make your sim 2G.Then go to message option write P1 then sent a message to 3343 .phone ta on off kore nin kaj ses.
Then create a settings like below by going to settings=>more=>mobile networks=>Access point names
